In early-2020, ChangeMakr Asia was in the early stages of developing a digital product for impact organisations and social causes.
The research that I conducted for this project had two goals:
I conducted interview with target demographic.
One activity was to create a step-by-step user journey for their experience of "creating good campaigns" and "finding good campaigns."
I then interviewed mission-led brands, impact organisations / change-makers and "'socially-conscious users " individually to understand to understand the emotional concerns & current solutions to creating and finding good campaigns.
Another activity was to “design” your ideal "good campaigns" platform app on paper.
I provided users a number of widgets from the existing social innovation platform and blank squares where they could draw what they wanted.
